Meet the Team

OWEN

CHIEF MECHANIC

I’ve always been a biker. I started at age 4 and quickly ditched the training wheels! My brother and I would make little wood jumps all the time and see who could get the most air. It was 2018 when I actually started to learn how a bike works and how I could make mine better.

I got my first job at Eriks Bike Shop when I was 15. They saw a clip on instagram of the homemade Ski-bike I put together. I built it with a spare bike frame, my sister's old skis, and my Dad’s used road bike parts. It’s still being used today!

I’ve worked at Erik’s for four years now and still love it. I know how, just about, everything works on each bike but I believe there’s always room to grow. I’m continuing my training often through online videos. I’m currently enrolled at Northland Technical School, studying aircraft mechanics, but there’s always a bike to work on in my down time.

CFO

I’ve always been a biker too. I started at age 3 and skipped the training wheels! I’m the brother that would construct the little wood jumps, and it was pretty much me who would get the most air.

I’m learning a lot by watching and working with Owen, as well as some online training. I’m currently a senior and working toward graduating high school with both my high school diploma and college degree in business.  I’d love to further my mechanical future in Bentonville, AK at NorthWest Arkansas Community College in their new bicycle technician and trail building program.

I use to challenge myself with triathlons.  Now I just try to keep up with my sons.  I have a finance background and currently am a self-employed fractional CFO for multiple businesses, including Bike Bros LLC, an extension of the boys homeschool education.
