A level 1 service is for usual maintenance like your regular tune-up, brake adjustments, and Shifter/Derailer adjustments.

Level 2 is a bit more involved like wheel/tire changes, chain and cassette replacements, brake bleeds, and wheel trues. etc

Level 3 is the big component installs, wheel builds, full bike builds, or suspension rebuilds.

Sometimes you know something is wrong but have no idea what it is, Totally fine! We’ve got you covered. Schedule a level 4 appointment and we will come out and fix whatever your problem might be.
